When will my order ship?
Orders are processed Monday-Friday.
We ask that you allow 2-4 business days for processing before your order is shipped out.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.
If you need your order by a certain date, please leave a note at checkout and we will do our best to accommodate the request.
SAINT 8 Jewelry is not responsible for delays in delivery due to unclaimed packages, inaccurate shipping addresses, or general delay issues USPS or UPS may be experiencing. Please confirm that the address entered at checkout is correct, as this will be the exact address used to ship your order. SAINT 8 Jewelry is also not responsible for damaged in transit, lost or stolen packages - please contact USPS or UPS to place a claim if needed.
The jewelry is carefully handled and packaged while it is in our facility. We are not liable for damages caused by shipping carriers.
Once orders are given to the carrier, it is out of our control and we do not have any additional information other than what is provided with the tracking number.

What is your jewelry made from and how should we care for it?
Our jewelry is made from Crystal, Cubic Zirconia, Stainless Steel, Brass, Sterling Silver, Gold plating/Silver plating, Stainless Steel, Rhodium plating and Copper.
TO ENSURE THAT YOUR ITEMS STAY BEAUTIFUL FOR A LONG TIME, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE GUIDLINES:
- Store separately in a pouch or lined box to prevent scratches.
- Keep dry - Avoid exposing to moisture by removing before swimming or bathing.
- Be mindful of chemicals - Minimize contact with perfumes, lotions & household cleaners.
- Clean gently - Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth to wipe away dirt and oils.
Can I cancel my order?
Our store has a cancellation policy only for orders that have not yet been fulfilled/shipped. Should you wish to cancel your order, simply send us an email at support@saint8jewelry.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please note that shipped orders cannot be canceled.
Do you accept backorders for items that are out of stock?
While we don't accept backorders, we're constantly updating our inventory. If you want to buy something that's out of stock, we suggest you check back regularly or sign up for email notifications.
Can I return or exchange my order?
We currently do not accept Returns or Exchanges on any of our merchandise.
We do our very best to ensure orders are handled in a sanitary manner.
Our team carefully packs the orders and as such, we are not responsible for orders damaged through various shipping carriers.
